Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love every purchase from Klutchique. If you’re not satisfied with your item, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  
  
• Products should be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
  
  
• Only exchanges are allowed for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  
  
• Handbags may be exchanged but not refunded (unless defective).
  
  
• Watches and sunglasses can be returned or exchanged, provided they remain in unworn condition.
  
  

How to Request a Return/Exchange:

1. Email us at support@klutchique.com with your order number and reason for return.
   
   
2. Our team will guide you through the process.
   
   
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send out the replacement or confirm the status.
